I hope all pre-orders of the new book are equal, though, as I made mine from Blackwells (who offer free shipping to Poland whereas shipping with Troubador cost almost as much as the book itself, sorry…)
I have just pre-ordered your book, "In Judgement of Others" in ebook format on Amazon. I got the cue to do that through watching your wonderful video ad and thank yous when opening up the box containing the author's copies of your book. I think it is a great little ad campaign you having going there and hope to see a few more spots leading up to your book launch.
very awesome -- pardon me if this is my contrarian brain speaking... from the USA the cost of book increases 4X because shipping is 3X your book price. I'd rather 2 copies for friends in London than order 1 copy + $30 shipping. Point is -- I'd rather have the fund support your creative expression so can something be done about international shipping? I know it's so esoteric. Best of luck in your expansion and I hope your creativity and creative expression reaches many (domestic & internationally!)

Meanwhile, if you’ve friends in London who can do the ordering for you, and post to you at much reduced expense, that would be super great.

that is what I will do, and thanks for understanding my micro rant! It's for growth not to chop down what is not, but to improve the what will be!
