So sorry your loss. I adopted two rescue animals over a decade ago, we named one MUTT, the dog, the other JEFF, the cat. They were inseparable for over a decade. Sadly, a few weeks ago, Mutt passed, his early life and abuse caught up. Within 72 hours Jeff passed. We were Devastated. But it occurred to me, they would not have had a loving bunch had we not made a slight effort to bring them into our family. I hope that in the here after they are running and playing as they did while we enjoyed every minute. Blessed Be
Samson’s wife Daisy - who was the dog of some friends of ours - died soon after him. We think of them gone to laugh in the happy hunting grounds together. Just the same as your two. Thanks for sharing.
