I also read the story you wrote about Lourdes/Rose and the anorexia. I struggled with anorexia in my late teens and early 20’s, and you captured the emotions and thoughts about it SO incredibly well. I really enjoyed reading them. So glad I came across your Substack. Can’t wait to start the Recovery Diaries!

It's been really reassuring. It's hard to know with work, once it's out there, if it stands up, especially this which I was writing on the hoof. It was a risk which I still worry about but I love too, that it is what it is.
Absolutely! He's a dear friend, in fact twas he who told me all about how talented you are as a writer, he's not wrong!
