Damn. You are so damned brilliant. Reading a story so tightly crafted with such a clever conceit, I feel like a cave man over hear hammering on a stone tablet. I really loved everything about this one and I think your readings accompanied by the music bring a whole new dimension to the work that is captivating. Bravo!
Oh, thanks so much, Ben. That means a lot. It was one of those that sprang complete, so little needed from me, really, it already knew itself. It was just a joy to discover. And I'm going to keep practising the audio, your suggestions really helpful.
Clever premise, well structured. The PA meeting scene made me smile and laugh. I half expected someone to say, "Keep coming back." The dinner scene felt like a peek at a double standard. Critics are allowed to be critical, but anyone else -- lacking credentials -- has a problem.
The speech she gives in the end is the one I've wanted to give a million times over 😂, and then yes, Willow's music, and we're on another level entirely. They are clever.
Very amusing and also profound. It is a great freedom to choose which art to admire relieved of the weight of so-called accepted opinion. I suspect we've all been the victims of The Emperor's New Clothes when to comes to art at certain points in our life.

This is absolutely hilarious and I dearly needed it. Thank you, thank you. I cannot wait to listen again with David.
🙃🙌

Funny how quickly honesty will get us kicked out of the country club. I loved this. Especially the PA meeting. I would feel at home in that room.
Me too!
So great, I was laughing and then the music took me somewhere else entirely.

I suspect the same.
