This is an excellent question. I'm glad someone picked up on it. I glanced up and saw. Also when it took up the baby, I was viewing the scene some distance away. But in normal every day life, when I revisit the scene in the room with the ornate door, I am up close and so only see it's enormous feet, like one of those statues in Egypt or gigantic representations of the Buddha in China or creations by the Aztecs or Mayans. That's what I see. Huge feet.

Wow! This is stunning. What a great portrayal of the different parts of us and how they protect us/help us. So glad I came across your writing. This is absolutely perfect timing!!!!!

If the angel was so tall that you could only see its feet, then how did you know it was holding a baby?

Another epic journey travelling deeply into other worlds and realms, which you've so skillfully and artfully shown us and taken us on EB!!

How utterly lovely for Dotty, Billy, Blacky’s brother, Pantheus, Android and Fauny to note that they aren’t the only cast of crowded characters clumped up in a Tina-fuelled confusion of delusion daring dialogue of despair and dynamic untangling of a wranglers outsourced adulthood of rejected ramblings about the crowd of ouch and now-nows!

My personally perched Pandorean little packet of pronouners are positively pursed for a projectile peace offering of problematic punditry and part-playing pre-emptive protection racket of poetic persecution. Possibly via poetry hidden on your reply feed…
