The least dirty shirt made me smile. It’s a perfect description. I think there are no clean shirts left in the world of humankind. I always enjoy reading these and this was no exception. You have a wonderful smile too - such a lovely photo!

Thanks! I can’t take credit for the shirt reference. It’s an old trading term for the least undesirable stock in a group of similar stocks. At least that’s where I first heard it. 🙂

Marlon, have you read "Confessions of a Taoist on Wall Street" by Davic Payne?

I’m afraid I have not.

It's a fun and interesting fiction to read, if long - I admit that I only got 3/4 through before getting bored with the protagonist's quest for his father. But I've always wondered how accurate the portrayal of Wall Street goings-on was.

This is true story I wrote about a few years ago. I actually started in Little Rock in the early eighties before moving to NYC. I’m working on a memoir about how I started. The manuscript is broader, but if you like wild stories, you might enjoy it. https://open.substack.com/pub/thejourneyman/p/starting-an-investment-business-nearly?r=3e2a&utm_medium=ios

Get an agent and nail down your biography. It would make a good movie!

Agents-R-Us… Michael Jordan, Jamie Foxx with Kevin Hart as the funny guy.

I’d call Kevin Hart.
