Noticed Ros's confusion about the label while she was picking at a table. Nice touch.

I'm late. So much I love here. The whole orchestration, so to speak, -- stage management - of the conversation at the pub. I can see, hear it all. Picking at the sticker on the lighter. Clare scratching her arm where Ros touched it. "It was a beautiful evening, as the morning had been, warm as if summer was making a last stab at being remembered."

"She wasn’t making herself understood. She’d been here before, that was the thing, they always said no-one minded, but they did. It was never just a play."

Ah. Tell me more.

Great line: "I’m on my way to the bar, he’d shouted in the uproar of the afterparty. I’ll have a gin and tonic, she’d shouted back. It had been the first and last joke between them." This is developing very nicely, Eleanor Anstruther! A little coke, a little psychosis, and Action! :)

You know when you write a line that you really like and someone spots it? That.

I have a bad feeling about this play ... in every way ! I also have deep concerns with the way mental health is still treated and then dosed up on meds by any old quack to shut people up
